An order is deemed dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. Estimated Shipping Times: The estimated delivery time depends on your location and starts from the moment your order is dispatched. Here are the delivery times by country:

- Rest of world: 14-20 business days
Please be aware that during busy periods, shipping carriers may face delays that are beyond our control, including potential customs delays for international orders.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details: Ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to delays or cancellations. Should our system detect an issue with your address, we will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your details. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

Lost or Stolen Packages In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, contact us immediately at info@tryadare.com. While tryAdare is not liable for the package once it is with the courier, we will assist by liaising with the courier to file a claim and will keep you updated on its status.
